The setting is run by Donna Shurmer and Karen Chilvers.
Both of which are equal partners in Little Cygnets Nursery, sharing the various experience and breadth of knowledge they have between them.
After deciding she preferred setting life to home based care in 2011 she became a member of staff at Ulceby Pre-School before embarking on this new venture.
We found that we worked well as a team bouncing ideas off each other and having the same drive to move the setting forward and provide quality Childcare.

There is a commitment to training and development and staff are qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 up to level 5 Foundation Degree and will deliver learning to Early Years Foundation Stage.
Little Cygnets is open 50 weeks of the year with a closure at Christmas for TWO weeks.
All 3 year olds are entitled to 15 Government funded hours per week at present, the term after their third birthday and this has been extended to 2 year olds in some circumstances, speak to staff for more information.
For all children not funded by the Government, or for sessions extra to your funded hours the hourly cost of attendance will be 5-30 per hour for a minimum of 6 hours per week.
