From the Little Crickets
We believe that if you select childcare, you shouldn't have to sacrifice your child's desire for a comfortable and secure environment. We are a privately owned nursery with a very experienced early years team. Parents and caregivers have a right to expect that their children's care and education will be dependable, caring, practical, and, most importantly, of the highest calibre. We provide our kids with warmth, comfort, love, and kindness at Little Crickets. Working with young children requires a lot of optimism and adaptation. To encourage our children to maximise their own development and growth, tolerance, patience, kindness, and inventiveness are crucial. To deal with the rigours of the job on a daily basis, positivity, a sense of humour, and a strong feeling of teamwork are necessary. At Little Crickets, we collaborate as a single unit, supporting one another in everything we do. Above all, it requires a sincere belief in each child's inherent value and a genuine commitment to ensuring that they can reach their full potential regardless of gender, colour, religion, or disability. Our success is largely a result of these values.
