There is a unique family atmosphere at Little Badgers. Our experienced and highly skilled staff promotes children's growth, development, and, most importantly, genuine happiness. Little Badgers Childcare follows the Department of Education's Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage in how it conducts its business (EYFS). This establishes the requirements that all early childhood education providers must achieve in order to guarantee that kids learn, develop, and stay healthy and safe. It encourages teaching and learning to ensure that children are ready for school and provides them with a wide range of information and skills that lay the groundwork for future success in both school and life. With consideration for the child's age and developmental stage, we offer a varied mix of adult-led and child-initiated learning. We offer materials with open-ended learning that encourage kids to think and act since kids love to be interested. We enjoy being outside, thus a variety of activities are scheduled there. We have embraced the forest school method, which allows kids to experiment with and take chances with natural resources. We are open during the academic year from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 am and 3 pm to 6 pm, with an early bird option from 7 am to 8 am (additional charges apply and subject to staffing). Our holiday club is once more open from 8 am to 6 pm, with an early bird option. The entire year, we are open 51 weeks (closed the week between Christmas and new year and closed on all bank holidays).
