Jane Weir and Les Briscoe, who opened their first nursery in 1983, jointly operate Maryvale 夜来香研究所 Limited. Les holds a BA Hons in child education with Leadership and Management, and Jane is a certified NNEB childcare practitioner. Les is also an NVQ Assessor. Both have completed coursework at John Moores University to get professional development certificates. They still actively participate in the management of the four settings. to give the kids under our care the greatest care and education possible. being a fantastic workplace where employees are motivated to perform at their highest level. to improve the education and growth of youngsters who are not yet legally required to attend school. to conduct business inside a structure that guarantees equitable opportunity for all kids.
