Since 1989, Sharon has been a child worker and the creator of Rosy Apple Childcare.
Sharon thought it was time to expand her wide expertise dealing with young children and their families and bought our first nursery, Little Achievers Day Nursery in Preston, after being hired as a behaviour adviser for young children by her local government.
Three children, all of whom attended nursery school as infants and are on the verge of great professions, were raised by Sharon while juggling her work.
Since 1991, Sharon has worked in the childcare industry and is currently the managing director of Rosy Apple Childcare.
Although Sharon began her career as a nanny, she soon realised that working in a private nursery was where she belonged.
With the help of her husband, Sharon has worked hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance while raising two great children.
Rosy Apple Childcare's Quality Assurance Manager is Wendy.
Since earning her Level 3 BTEC in Early Years in 2005, she has worked with kids.
She began working with Rosy Apple Childcare in 2009 as a Senior Practitioner. Over the years, she advanced to positions as Deputy and Lead Professional in a few of the settings, and she is currently the company's Quality Assurance Manager.
Wendy is happily married, has a kid, and two dogs that keep her on her toes in her personal life.
