Families Information Direct (FiND), a division of Education and Inclusion Services for kids in the London Borough of Redbridge, created and maintains this directory of family services.
Families Information Direct (FiND) offers comprehensive information and guidance to both families and those who assist them.

You may still get the information and guidance you want from FiND by using the Family Services Directory (FSD).
We cannot, however, promise that this website has all the information you and your family require.
Please spend some time to peruse the directory to get a feel for how it is organised.
We collaborate closely with a variety of organisations to gather data on neighbourhood family services.
Health, other council departments (too many to list), OfSTED, nonprofits, for-profit companies, and other local government agencies are just a few examples of key partners.
However, the variety of information we hold is mostly driven by you, our consumers.
If we are unable to assist, we will seek out someone who can.
By putting this into reality, we have been able to grow our network of connections, learn about new topics, and broaden the variety of knowledge and guidance we can provide.
We also understand that there are many professionals who are specialists in their field and that it is pointless to "re-invent the wheel"; as a result, we also direct families to local and national organisations and agencies that may offer them specialised counsel and support.
Every local authority is required to give information, advice, and assistance on the entire range of services available to families in their area under Section 12 of the Childcare Act 2006, which governs local government.
When the information obligation was implemented by the federal government in April 2008, FiND, which serves as the Families Information Service (FIS) in Redbridge, was already in the forefront of providing such services (FSD).
