Young people who are not enrolled in mainstream programmes and would would have graduated from high school without any credentials or high self-esteem are the target audience for LAP, which strives to offer an alternative and individualised experience. We want to adopt a more holistic approach and support young people's personal and educational needs, assisting them in overcoming a variety of learning obstacles and growing into self-assured, articulate, and well-rounded young people who graduate from school with a range of appropriate credentials and a clear transition strategy to further education and/or training. Create an Individual Education Plan (IEP) for each young person that takes into account their emotional and social well-being, their favourite subjects and activities that lead to recognised credentials in accordance with the National Curriculum, and their unique learning preferences. Individual development is being observed and followed up on both a formal and informal basis. Create a comprehensive curricular framework for grades 3 and 4 that includes volunteer work, contests, creative and practical projects, charity events, fundraising awareness, and outdoor adventure activities.
