Each of the five rooms we have designated for each of our age groups represents one of the seven learning areas outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The Kingfisher Day Nursery Didsbury was completely renovated and furnished specifically to meet the needs of each age group, from three months to five years old, when it opened its doors in 2013.
Kingfisher Day Nursery Didsbury has 2 baby rooms.
The first is a more serene learning space with an interactive white board, learning zones for arithmetic and reading, book and circle time, construction, and understanding the world.
The second room is a sizable, airy space with plenty of natural light, a sand and water play area, a den, a home corner, a larger building exploration zone, a cooking activity area, and a circle time area.
Every day, the kids have free access to the garden and can decide to carry out many of their regular chores there.
The garden setting also mirrors the learning domains and promotes larger-scale problem solving.
Every child in every classroom goes on educational expeditions, and no matter where we go鈥攍ocal stores, parks, or tourist attractions鈥攚e always risk-assess our excursions and make sure the ratios are met or even exceeded.

French classes are taught weekly at the preschool.
We favour providing every child with free funding beginning the term after his or her third birthday.
Our completely enclosed outdoor play area enables kids to continue studying outside.

In order to make every visit to the nursery comfortable and convenient for you and your kid, a sizable parking lot offers plenty of space off the road to ensure safe and convenient drop-offs and pick-ups.
We offer a safe pram room store in our basement for parents to utilise if they would rather walk to the nursery.
