On a place with limited access, KIDS Adventure Playgrounds offer a chance for engaging and inclusive play. Siblings and children and young people with special needs are given priority. However, young adults in the appropriate age group who reside in the nearby areas are also welcomed. Although the sizes of our playgrounds vary, each one is equipped with a variety of features, such as soft play, zip wires, sensory rooms, nest swings, climbing frames, tree houses, bikes, and trailers. Since they are all completely fenced in, kids can freely explore in a secure setting. The Hayward Playground provides children with an accessible green area in an urban setting where they can freely choose their play in a setting that meets their needs. We want to ensure that all children utilising the playground have equitable access to all activities, supported by a qualified and trained staff. Our Hayward Adventure Playground is child-led and child-centered, which means that the kids decide when, how, and what they play with. Because of their sense of ownership, they may make decisions, form connections, and have fun. Children and teenagers with special needs and disabilities who reside in the London borough of Islington, as well as their siblings.
