KCA is a nonprofit organisation that has supported Harrow families with disabled children for 20 years.
Our mission is to provide play and experience opportunities that are engaging, inclusive, and inventive so that children and young adults with learning disabilities can build their social and emotional resilience in preparation for an active and fulfilled adulthood.

KCA was founded in 2002 by a group of parents from the area.
It was established to serve young people in the community whose needs were not being met and who lacked understanding and appropriate resources.
Our staff members have training and experience working with kids that have a variety of challenges, including complicated and difficult behaviours.
To ensure that our team has the skills and information necessary to offer the best service possible, we hold frequent staff training sessions.
Our building has been specifically created and modified to accommodate the needs of young people with impairments.
It is entirely reachable.
In addition, the building contains a youth section with a main activity area, sensory room, and quiet/chill out room.
Our children's growth is aided by the toys and equipment we provide, which also promote enjoyable and engaging play.
We are still using effective infection control procedures.
KCA abides by DfE and public health regulations.
