Through their community engagement business Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM JV, HS2 informs us about forthcoming construction projects in the Aylesbury region.
The Advance Work Notices and Traffic Information will be shared with you going forward via this website as it contains updates on the work, when it will be done, and what will be done.
Please be aware that Eiffage Kier Ferrovial is the source of the information, and that Aylesbury Town Council is not liable for any errors, alterations to the scheduled work, or changes to dates.
The actions HS2 will be carrying out in the area over the coming several months are described in the January 2021 Newsletter.
Beginning on Wednesday, May 5, both Marsh Lane and Old Risborough Road will be blocked up, leaving no access for cars, bicycles, or pedestrians.
The Risborough Road project that was originally scheduled to start on December 20th, AWN Risborough, will now start on March 3rd and last for about three weeks. Outside of peak hours, traffic control will be in place.
We must drill some test holes on the road as part of the enabling work for the A418 realignment and the access to our site.
Lane closures and two-way traffic lights will be used to manage traffic during this.
