At Jack and Jill's, we have established clear goals for our kids as well as the setting where they play and learn together.

A board of volunteer Trustee Directors, a full-time Pre-School Manager, and a group of experienced teaching assistants make up the Jack and Jills staff.
The Board is in charge of setting overall direction and policies, while our manager and other key individuals are in charge of daily operations at the preschool and session facilitation, respectively.
All of the employees at Jack and Jill are qualified or working toward CACHE level 3 or equivalent, and they all regularly attend training sessions and courses to keep their expertise up to date.
Every student in our school has a committed key person who will continuously monitor and evaluate their development.
We take great pride in the high key worker to student ratio in our preschool.
We think our team is excellent, and Ofsted gave them very high praise during our most recent inspection.
The Trustee Directors of Jack and Jills Pre School have legal obligations under the Companies Act and the Charity Commission because the institution is both a registered charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee.
An English and Welsh company limited by guarantee is registered as Jack and Jill's Pre School.
