A broad-based provider of educational services, IQPlus was founded in December 2009. Two research and development chemists with more than 20 years of combined expertise in the pharmaceutical industry founded the business. The intention was to launch a business with social objectives after 20 years in the corporate world. The idea for IQPlus emerged.
The goal will be to ensure young people's scholastic achievement, which will surely result in greater cultural understanding, societal cohesiveness, and sustainable employment, all of which will be advantageous to society as a whole. Incorporating a tried, tested, and proven model is what IQPlus is recommending. Targeting individuals who are the most disadvantaged from the lower socio-economic spectrum, IQPlus hopes to considerably increase value.
The IQPlus project's justification is that young people who are encountering the greatest obstacles to academic improvement require specialised, all-encompassing support that is consistently provided by reliable tutors who have undergone rigorous training, i.e. support, training, and skill development. Individualized and, where necessary, intense support will be provided to meet their unique requirements in a way that adds value. Additionally, it is based on the idea that for these young people to stay motivated in pursuit of sustainable education, they want immediate, tangible rewards as well as short- and medium-term incentives. In addition to helping students succeed academically, IQPlus also seeks to continuously provide positive reinforcement to increase their self-confidence and self-esteem.
