Effective utilisation of evaluations by staff can reveal what children are capable of, how far they have come, and what they still need to learn. Staff members make sure parents are aware of how they may encourage the growth of their children at home. For instance, parents frequently receive updates on the development of their children and suggestions for how to support that advancement. Children make good development, including those for whom English is a second language. Many kids pick up the language in the nursery and feel comfortable when they move on to other environments afterward. The staff encourages healthy habits. In addition to learning about healthy food, children enjoy regular activity such as dancing. For instance, they partake in balanced meals and engage in activities that teach children about the advantages of various foods. Every member of our staff has received Level 2 training in Makaton sign language. The addition of more channels of communication helps the kids grow and express themselves both within and outside the nursery. Additionally, we use visual aids in all areas of the learning environment to help the kids feel comfortable and understand their surroundings. At Honey Pots, we take pride in our ability to work well with families who have children with special needs and in our in-house expertise in this area. We also have a dedicated and experienced SENCO/INCO on staff who is available to help kids, families, and others with any issues or questions about any additional provisions that may be needed. We provide home-cooked meals that are prepared to meet a variety of dietary needs. Our menus are changed weekly to provide diversity and a balanced diet for the kids in our care. We also provide Snack and Tea Time meal alternatives upon request in addition to lunches. Our food hygiene grade of 5 gives you peace of mind while arranging your meal plans, and we are also delighted to announce it.
