At Holt Pre-school, we are lucky to have a skilled and knowledgeable staff.
We are pleased with our group's high adult to youngster ratio.
This enables us to focus on the requirements and growth of each child.
Karen has almost 20 years of experience at Holt Pre-school.
She is particularly interested in the speech, language, and communication of the kids, as demonstrated through the Every Child's a Talker training programme.
Linda has been our Special Education Needs Coordinator at Preschool for more than 15 years (SenCo).
Kate has over 10 years of experience managing the accounts of Holt Pre-school and is a certified accountant.
When a kid enrols in Holt Pre-school, a key person is assigned to them.
In order for staff to play and interact with all of the children in their care, not just those who are a member of their key person group, we believe it is crucial that they are familiar with all of the children.
Each child at Holt Pre-school has a learning journey book to commemorate their experiences there.
We get to know the kids as distinct individuals with distinctive talents, passions, and viewpoints.
