From the Grasshoppers Nursery
We are able to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our kids thanks to our close collaboration with parents.
At Grasshoppers, parents and practitioners work together, creating contexts in which children are able to explore and represent their ideas and thinking through their hundred languages: play, creativity, role-play, drama, music, literacy and the outdoor environment.
You may get to know all of your child's friends at the nursery, where they hang out, and participate in their activities.
As a parent-run nursery, Grasshoppers offers parents an exceptional chance to participate directly in choices on every area of the nursery's management.
Our great parent community handles everything from gardening and DIY to laundry and sewing to social activities (with and without the kids) to fundraising and accountancy.
All parents are required to take on a role, this is what makes our nursery unique and keeps fees down.
All parents and staff gather once a month to discuss how they think things are going and decide how to make adjustments.
The purpose of Grasshoppers is to benefit the community at large while giving the kids an enriching experience.
Grasshoppers is administered by parents, and all parents are given the chance to work at the nursery in exchange for a portion of their tuition.
Parents who participate develop important skills, assist in giving their kids rewarding educational opportunities, and experience a stronger sense of community.
At Grasshoppers, innovation is essential.
We think it's critical to approach early childhood research from a variety of disciplinary perspectives.

In order to give the finest environment and stimulus for each child's development, Luciana collaborates with the kids.

To make sure every family enjoys their time at Grasshoppers, Luciana collaborates closely with the staff and parents.
