Gingerbread Nursery's inclusive aim is to provide a stimulating, secure, and joyful environment that meets each child's needs.
We also think that the primary focus of whatever we do will be on the play of children.
Gingerbread is managed by a management committee and is a registered charity.
Being a nonprofit allows us to invest in the environment for our kids because generating a profit isn't our primary goal.
Gingerbread Mews was opened in March 2019, following the great success of Gingerbread Cottage Playgroup and Gingerbread 2 Nursery and is meeting families need in the Westcotes area of Leicester.
In order to serve the needs of families in Leicester's Glenfield neighbourhood, Gingerbread Nook is now open.
The key person method and the learning journey are very tightly related; every kid will have a unique learning journey.
Two freshly renovated gardens are available at Gingerbread 2 Nursery, one of which is a rooftop garden where our Pre-Schoolers may explore and play, and the other is a downstairs garden where our Babies and Toddlers can roam freely.
All of the rooms at Gingerbread Nook have access to a sizable, free-flowing garden, which allows them to continue to grow.
For parents who want a stress-free party, Gingerbread 2 Nursery is glad to provide birthday parties on Saturdays!
We encourage parents to attend the Nursery or Playgroup with their child to aid in the kid's smooth transition.
Therefore, it will be simpler for you and your child to adjust to their new Nursery or Playgroup, meet new people, and take part in new activities as a result of this visit.
Once your child has been registered, we provide a taster/settling in session so they may spend some time playing in their new Nursery/Playgroup.
