The centre is located in Billesley, Birmingham, at the intersection of Trittiford and Chinnbrook Roads.
It debuted in 2001 as the region's first Surestart Children's Center.
It changed its name to GBNFC at The Chinnbrook Center in September 2016.
For 48 weeks out of the year, the facility offers full-day care for children ages 2 to 5 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
Both wraparound or sessional daycare choices that need payment as well as a range of free sponsored sessions for children ages 2, 3, and 4 are offered.

Our approach to education is to give our kids a stimulating, engaging atmosphere that will motivate them to study on their own every day.

Viewing the nursery, they were welcoming and showed settings that would be suitable to children of all capabilities. My first child has autism, they showed us a sensory room that would be suited to him and that they had availability. We had settling in sessions with my first child, the staff were quick to dismiss him and mention that they could not facilitate him due to his needs. Our second child who does not have...
