If you're proud of your comprehension of the EYFS and the Montessori philosophy, you must put in the effort to learn more outside of the standard 9 to 5 hours in order to advance your practise.
Have fun, laugh, and don't take yourself too seriously. Make the kids laugh and laugh with your staff to foster a supportive environment. We stand with our group and guard our optimism.
