A programme developed specifically for the Department of Children, Schools, and Families Half-termly topics that are appropriate for the children's age group and interests form the basis of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The curriculum for the nursery should be extremely comprehensive and include all facets of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
We are really fortunate to have access to hands-on experiences in a range of disciplines on site, in addition to the aforementioned facilities, to aid us in teaching the curriculum.

Children can expand their technology knowledge using a variety of secure and well-maintained technologies, employing basic tools and approaches when necessary to accomplish goals and find solutions to issues.
Children can gain confidence and enjoy using and improving their own physical talents thanks to a variety of tools and chances that are available both indoors and outside.
Children are also assisted in acquiring the fine motor abilities needed to use tools, such as pens and pencils, and to manipulate small items with growing dexterity and accuracy.
There are numerous possibilities for imaginative role-playing, both individually and in groups, as well as for children to participate in and respond to music and stories.
If it is not practical for parents to take them, visits to the neighbourhood school may be arranged for the 4+ children who will be leaving us in the coming terms from the Nursery.
