A programme developed specifically for the Department of Children, Schools, and Families Half-termly topics that are appropriate for the children's age group and interests form the basis of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The curriculum for the nursery should be extremely comprehensive and include all facets of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
We are really fortunate to have access to hands-on experiences in a range of disciplines on site, in addition to the aforementioned facilities, to aid us in teaching the curriculum.
We provide a curriculum that follows the nationally recognised Early Years Foundation Stage and equips kids to continue to advance with confidence during their first Reception year at school. This curriculum is delivered through developmentally appropriate play activities and a high level of individualised adult input.
This phase is completed throughout the first year of reception before the kids go on to the National Curriculum in Year 1.
Children are encouraged individually as they grow in self-assurance, independence, and respect within a supportive environment.
They are encouraged to work and focus on their own while simultaneously participating in group activities, sharing and cooperating with other kids and adults.
Children acquire accustomed to the sorting, matching, ordering, sequencing, and counting tasks that serve as the foundation for early mathematics through adult-supported practical experience.
Children are helped to acquire and use the vocabulary of mathematics as they use their developing mathematical understanding to solve real-world situations, recognising items by their shape, position, size, volume, and number.
Children can explore and experiment with a variety of natural and synthetic materials in a safe and interesting atmosphere.
Children are helped to investigate and comprehend their surroundings, both in the group and in the larger community.
Children can expand their technology knowledge using a variety of secure and well-maintained technologies, employing basic tools and approaches when necessary to accomplish goals and find solutions to issues.
Children can gain confidence and enjoy using and improving their own physical talents thanks to a variety of tools and chances that are available both indoors and outside.

There are numerous possibilities for imaginative role-playing, both individually and in groups, as well as for children to participate in and respond to music and stories.
