From the Foundations Community Pre-School
Community's Foundations Pre-School was established in 2010 as a Private Limited Company. The Pre-School is housed at three locations in Old Woking: St. Peter's Church Center, The New Life Church, and Westfield Primary School (beginning in January 2021). We make sure that every employee has the chance to grow professionally and pursue recognised credentials. In this approach, we hope to provide an exceptional resource in the form of our team, who are all experts in their respective fields. We provide a welcoming and energising environment for the kids to relax into while they learn and grow. The Pre-School offers a variety of morning and afternoon classes for 38 weeks out of the year (during the school year only). We provide spaces for kids between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Offering FEET funding and Early Years Free Entitlement in all of our locations. Where it makes sense within the curriculum, we prioritise teaching about Christianity in order to foster a Christian ethos. Although not all employees attend church, they all support the Christian way of life. We welcome all kids, regardless of their family's religious affiliation or beliefs. The main focus of the day's activities will be on play-based learning and self-expression. The Early Years Foundation Stage's seven learning domains will be covered by these indoor and outdoor activities. We adhere to an inclusive practise and equal opportunities policy that accepts children from all religious and cultural backgrounds, and we will make every effort to meet any unique needs that this may entail. By taking a comprehensive approach and paying close attention to what parents, guardians, caregivers, and other reputable child development/protection agencies have to say, we will provide the tools, opportunity, and support necessary for all kids to realise their full potential.
