All kids learn by playing, which is how they all learn.
At the Pre-School, we foster an environment that is both challenging and supportive of kids' learning through both child-initiated and planned play activities.
Children's impulsive play is valued, supported, and expanded; this helps them develop their language and communication skills.
Early Years Foundation Stage is what we adhere to (EYFS).
The EYFS curriculum is customised to each child's requirements and gets them ready for the national curriculum, which starts in the first year of primary school.

Children who learn to move, climb, and balance well learn how to maintain their health.
They are encouraged to work independently and focus, as well as to participate in Pre-School activities by sharing and cooperating with other kids and adults.
When playing with toys, the kids are encouraged to cooperate and be considerate to those around them.
As they start to read and write, children are urged to make the connection between sounds and letters.
To pique their curiosity, the kids have access to a variety of reading materials (books, poems).
We employ Jolly Phonics, a lighthearted method of teaching letter sounds.
Please only capitalise the initial letter of your child's name when helping them write it.
Your kid will continue to use the Jolly Phonics programme after they leave us to enrol in primary school.
Every youngster has the opportunity to learn about books thanks to our book nook.
Additionally, we have a termly book fund where we invite parents and guardians to contribute a little amount to keep our book corner current.
Children learn to describe shapes, places, and measurements as well as to count, interpret, and use numbers. They also practise solving simple addition and subtraction problems.
To help kids become aware of number sequences and basic arithmetic operations, we employ songs, activities, and picture books.
Additionally, we use educational games and tools to aid with their comprehension, such as shape sorters.
In their own lives, the lives of their families, and the lives of other people they know, children investigate past and contemporary occurrences.
They start to become more conscious of other people's cultures and beliefs.
By helping with seasonal planting and visiting nearby regions, kids can learn about the world in which they live, their neighbourhood, and the environment.
This aids their understanding of caring for their local environment.
They pick up how to use the appropriate tool for the job.
Children are urged to express their thoughts and emotions creatively.
Children act out stories, sing, dance, and play musical instruments and there are many opportunities for imaginative role-play.
We have dressing up clothes for the children, and at group sessions, use a Story Sack to create stories.
