Our goal at First Steps is to work in close collaboration with families to ensure that every child realises their full potential.
For kids in First Steps from three months to five years old and in Steps Kids from four to eleven years old, we offer devoted care and a wide range of educational opportunities.

As a basic requirement, all members of our First Steps team must possess (or be working toward possessing) an NVQ 3 qualification in child development.
Every member of the team has a paediatric first aid certificate that is up to date every two years.
Tina Woodward, our early years professional, supports Ian Jones, the management team's leader. To guarantee that our family values-driven approach is continually upheld, Ian and Tina work together to administer First Steps and Steps Kids club in a hands-on manner every day.
