From the Fairhaven Pre-School
The South Walsham village hall is home to Fairhaven Pre-School, which serves the neighbourhood and nearby areas. We are registered with Ofsted, and in 2012, we marked our 20th anniversary. In September 2017, when we underwent our most recent inspection, we received a Good overall grade, which recognised the committee, management, and staff team's dedication to offering children high-quality care and education. We offer a fascinating and safe environment where kids may grow and be respected for who they are. All of our kids are supported in their learning and growth while being urged to be independent. Our facilities support free-flowing indoor and outdoor play, allowing for physical activities, arts and crafts, pretend play, reading time in our library, and quieter periods in our cosy dens. All children are welcome at our school, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, culture, disability, or special needs. We operate under an equal opportunity policy. In order to ensure a seamless transition from the home to the pre-school environment, our skilled team will work with you. We genuinely think that kids learn better when they are having fun and feel safe in their surroundings. We support the Key Person system, where each child is assigned a member of staff who is accountable for their specific development record, the Learning Journey, and who gives your child's development additional care and attention. The staff at Fairhaven Preschool is excited to have you and your child join our community.
