Children are empowered by staff to establish rules and standards of conduct, such as deciding on the rules for tidying up and making sure all children understand that rules apply to everyone. The development of a positive self-image in children is fostered. Children have opportunity to grow in self-awareness, self-esteem, and confidence in their own skills thanks to the staff. Staff members support a variety of activities that help kids explore the language of emotions and responsibility, think about their differences, and realise that it's okay to have different perspectives. Treat others with respect and tolerance, just as you would like to be treated. Children are engaged with the larger community and perspectives, faiths, cultures, and ethnicities are cherished because to the staff's inclusive and tolerant mindset.
