All families in our community, in our opinion, should have access to high-quality programmes that are appropriate for their needs. In Eastwood, there is a not-for-profit private day nursery as well as a maintained nursery school, which is administered by the council and serves children younger than 5. Each component is equally significant, and together they offer a wide range of services to area infants, toddlers, and their families. Our work centres on multi-agency collaboration, and we maintain tight ties with Early Years CAMHS, Health Visitors, Midwives, Speech and Language Therapy, and a Consultant Social Worker. Our services are equally focused on parents and caregivers as they are on children since a partnership with them is essential. Every day, parents and professionals collaborate to learn more about children as distinct individuals and to make sure that we can aid where it is required so that kids can attain their full potential. A standard nursery school with 66 FTE (full time equivalent) spots that offers free early education spots for children ages 3 and 4 during the academic year. For two-year-olds with special needs, a 4 FTE space. A 10 FTE resource centre is available exclusively during term time to 35-year-olds who struggle with communication and social skills. a communal day nursery with 75 full-time spots for kids aged 8 weeks to 5 years (at competitive rates). Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with 15 free hours of early childhood education for 2-year-olds and 15 free hours of instruction per week for 3- and 4-year-olds throughout the year; closed over the holidays.
