During the academic year, the North Portslade-based Early Explorers Pre School offers morning, afternoon, and full-day courses at Mile Oak Community Center. Early Explorers benefits from having a professional team that is managed by a qualified teacher and has a lot of training and experience. Since Early Explorers is a large facility, we firmly believe that kids should have access to outdoor play and learning activities at all times. Children can explore an outdoor school, a sizable physical play area, and a sizable garden in three outdoor spaces. The garden serves as the starting point for our daily forest school lessons and is purposefully kept natural. In addition to having plenty of room for trikes and scooters, the spacious physical play area is furnished with a variety of crates, tyres, and boards that kids can use to make their own obstacle courses, trains, or pirate ships, allowing them to take risks in a secure setting. The outdoor classroom, on the other hand, is a calm setting where kids can explore, build, and play in the water.
