Dees Childcare was founded in 2001 by the owner Decima Isles-Broughton in her home, as a small childminding business that grew with demand from other parents who heard about the wonderful services Dees Childcare was offering.
Dees Childcare has grown over the years and currently runs from a recently renovated facility, providing care in a bright, clean, safe, and homey atmosphere for kids ages 6 months to 12 years.
With a team of friendly, qualified assistants, Dees Childcare goes above and beyond to offer the children stimulating learning experiences, healthy lifestyle and a safe place to learn, grow and play.
In 2017, I formally joined the group.
Dee's Childcare is a wonderful place to work and a model early childhood environment for young children.
Developing relationships with the kids and seeing them flourish and gain confidence gives me the most delight.
For the past two years, I have worked for Dees Childcare.
Dees Childcare is such a friendly and growing environment for the children, all staff welcomed me with open arms.
Years ago, my kids attended Dee's Childcare.
I find it really fulfilling to help youngsters develop and progress.
In 2019, I joined Dee's childcare.
Working with the team and having that relationship with the children has made me gain a lot experience and being part of the children's growth and development is just amazing.
