Every weekday from 7:30 am to 6 pm, offer children first-rate care and education. Employ mature individuals who are dedicated to advancing and achieving Croft House's goals and objectives and who have the necessary training and expertise.
To help personnel feel competent in their profession and motivated to learn more, give them opportunity to acquire the right training.
Each child in our care is treated as an individual, and their requirements are taken into consideration.
Give kids the environment and tools they need to enjoy other people's company, become independent and self-disciplined, and find personal fulfilment.
Work toward the government's Early Years Foundation Stage while taking the Bolton Start Well Team's objectives into consideration.
Be aware of a child's cultural capital and do everything you can to support it.
To ensure that children develop resilience, understanding of the need to care for the environment, and the capacity to assume some responsibility for their own risk assessments, use staff skills linked with Forest School principles.
