It's crucial to communicate in the classroom. At Cohort, we actively encourage honest communication between educators, parents, and students so that we can all grow better and move closer to success. At Cohort, our instructors and the larger community will make the plans, gather the materials and resources, and take any other necessary steps to give our children the support they need and deserve. Every child learns differently. We accept that our students' and teachers' circumstances, needs, and expectations may change over time. Whether it is using visual learning techniques or switching up practical activities, Cohort Tuition is able to recognise and adapt to each kid's individual learning needs. We work to help each child grow in his or her abilities both in and outside of the classroom. Our pupils are supported in a secure and regulated learning environment thanks to a variety of DBS-verified professional instructors across our subject areas, from Safe Guarding to Special Educational Needs. Our teachers are able to confidently support and improve learner education by communicating freely with parents while measuring the levels and requirements of our students. We keep track of and retain all of our students' records, evaluations, plans, and activities in a separate digital database that is available upon request. We invite parents and students to utilise our report cards to monitor development, spot problems, and express their worries. We do not engage in any form of bias, favouritism, or discrimination while dealing with parents, teachers, or students. Individuality is encouraged, financial assistance is offered, and no child's right to further their education is willfully denied.
