All parents have access to their own child's Famly account, where we upload information, observations, assessments, and encourage comments as well as images from the home to help build a loop of information between the nursery and the home and feedback.
Once a year, we host a parents evening where parents may speak face-to-face with their child's key person and the manager about their child's care at the nursery.
In order to connect with children who are learning English as a second language (EAL), we encourage parents to jot down several terms in the child's native tongue along with their English definitions.
Additionally, it aids in acclimating the infant to the nursery.
