The pace of camp will be slower, and the weather will be taken into consideration while planning activities. Activities will either take place indoors or in shaded settings (only during the morning session if it is deemed cool enough). Children will be reminded and encouraged to drink lots of water and stay hydrated, and more water will always be accessible. Please make sure that every child has a sunhat, a reusable water bottle, and sunscreen. The best advice from Club Excel is to freeze a bottle of water or squash overnight in addition to a reusable water bottle. All day long, it will keep your youngster and their food cold.
