We are a group of highly skilled, knowledgeable professionals with a really child-centered approach to learning. Every child should, in our opinion, be encouraged to realise his or her full potential and be equipped with the information, enthusiasm, perseverance, and skills necessary to begin their educational path. The preschool manager is Sarah. She has more than 20 years of experience working in education and is a certified early childhood educator. Our lead for safeguarding and coordinator for special educational needs is Sarah. Our preschool deputy is Becky. She holds a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Workforce in the Early Years. She is beautiful. She is our lead for health and safety since she is very organised and practical. She keeps the rest of us in check and grounded. Lisa holds a Cache Level 2 Certificate for the Workforce Serving Children and Young People. She gets along incredibly well with the kids, especially the ones who have special needs. She is gentle, patient, and loves to have fun. As an early years educator, Jess is pursuing her NVQ 3. She is very imaginative and enjoys giving the kids fun tasks and provocations to get them inspired. She is sweet and compassionate. Katy provides one-on-one support for kids with special needs. She has a great deal of knowledge and boundless patience. She offers a wealth of information and abilities, and she has a wonderful way with kids who require a little extra help. Our most recent hire is Kath. She primarily serves as a 1:1 support. She has a background in theatre, and she like acting out scenarios with the kids. She is lively and fun to be around.
