From the Chiltern Nursery
When considered collectively, we believe that these elements play a crucial role in providing the care, assistance, and instruction that nurtures and motivates young children.
By complementing family life we can help bring out the true potential of every child at CNTC.
With so many options to choose from, how can I be sure that Chiltern is the right decision for my family?.
At CNTC, we are able to provide excellent staff-to-child ratios (1:3 for infants under 2 and a maximum of 1:4 for all children 2 and older), which guarantees that each child's needs, development, personality, and preferences are carefully understood and taken into account throughout every interaction.
Over and above is a standard that we aim for when it comes to the quality of care we deliver.
Our strategy is really child-led and customised, relying on close collaboration with parents to build the best routine for their child's care and education.
In keeping with the foundationyears.org.uk Eat Better, Start Better initiative, we have created our menus to provide little bodies with a variety of wholesome and satisfying foods that are prepared and cooked from scratch. This will help them form healthy eating habits, learn self-help techniques, and provide them with the energy they need to get through the day.
The stunning location of CNTC is a huge bonus and a key factor that many of our families have found to be a no brainer in making their decision.
In light of this, we take a thorough approach and have high standards when training new trainees and qualified staff members at our Training College.
By providing a secure, supportive, and engaging environment for your child to thrive in, we assist close the gap between home and nursery by enhancing their daily routines and family life at home.
Since being founded in 1931 by Miss Elizabeth Halliday, a licenced midwife, Chiltern Nursery & Training College has had a rich history. It is a registered charity.
