The homey setting that Children 1st Day Nursery creates fosters & supports the growth of each child's unique characteristics. The Nursery has a maximum capacity of 33 kids. We give infants and toddlers what they require so they may actively explore. Staff members pay attention to each child's unique personality, which makes learning more engaging. Each member of the staff is given a select group of kids to serve as their Key Children. Within the Nursery and EYFS, this is a crucial position. Your child's key worker will support their sense of security and confidence as they become accustomed to the nursery setting. Your child's Key Worker should be contacted first if you have any questions or need guidance. Additionally, they will be able to communicate with you your child's progress by making observations and documenting them on Tapestry. Children aged 0 to 2 are given a daily diary. This is a fantastic approach for us to talk to our parents. The details include things like how well they ate, slept, etc. On request, the Nursery's Policy & Procedures are available. The topics we discuss include safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, parent partnership, sickness and exclusion, among many more.
