Universal Support The term following their third birthday, all 3- and 4-year-olds are entitled for 15 hours of subsidised daycare. This can be completed in 38 weeks for 15 hours a week (during term time only) or in 50 weeks for 11 hours a week (stretched funding). For many working parents of 3 and 4 year olds, the government announced extended financing in September 2018. You must register online at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to find out if you qualify, and if you do, you will receive a code. Give your code to the nursery manager as soon as you have it. Every three months, the information provided will need to be updated. For two-year-olds who qualify, Free Early Education for Two-Year-Olds (FEET) is provided. (Conditions and restrictions apply.) Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more details. For any children claiming 3 and 4 year old funding, the daycare will provide a monthly charge for any additional hours worked and meals consumed. Rate per hour: 5.90. 2.20 for lunch. Tea: 1.60.
