We invested a lot of time, effort, and money developing the Busy Bees we have today over the course of the last few years, making enormous changes to the settings. Our most recent Ofsted report was excellent. Both Busy Bee pre-schools鈥攐ne in Shirley and one in Millbrook鈥攑erform to exceptionally high standards under the direction of a group of committed and capable employees. We all work so hard to create a learning environment that kids and their parents want to be a part of because we all enjoy our chosen careers. Children thrive when staff members create a rich learning environment with a variety of activities that are of outstanding quality. Staff members are very self-aware of their work and have a great grasp of how to develop, pique, and expand children's interests.
