Our year-round, top-notch childcare centre in the heart of St. Albans, Brock House Nursery & Baby Care, offers full-day care for kids ages 0 to 5 years old. We can combine Breakfast Club, After School Club, and Holiday Club into our regular nursery programmes thanks to our hours (7.30–6.45) and year-round availability. Our purpose-built nursery building, where we have been in business for 30 years, is located just two minutes on foot from St. Albans City train station. A total of 76 kids can be cared for by us, including 18 for baby care, 30 for nursery, and 28 for pre-school. Our baby unit is separated from the larger nursery kids by a sleep room, a change space, and activity rooms called Caterpillars and Butterflies. Little Rainbows and Little Stars are the activity rooms in the nursery, and Bouncy Badgers and Bright Sparks are the activity areas for our older pre-schoolers on the first floor. Our trained childcare staff serves and eats hot meals alongside the kids in our on-site nursery kitchen. Our enclosed garden area offers the kids safe places to play in the dirt and in the garden as well as an off-road drop-off space for nursery kids who come by car. We manage the Free Childcare Hours programme on behalf of parents and are registered for the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Please get in touch if you'd like to come by our St. Albans Nursery and meet us in person.
