Growing Together serves as the foundation for all of Britannia Fields Playgroup's activities.
Britannia Fields Playgroup is welcoming and accommodating, helping kids and their parents/caregivers feel safe, at ease, and appreciated.
All children should feel secure and content, and caring adults should give them their time and undivided attention while fostering good relationships with all youngsters.
To ensure that each child is making progress in their development and is given the appropriate opportunity to build on what they already know and learn new things, key workers employ sound knowledge of each child in their group as well as the Early Years Outcomes.
We offer a wide variety of enticing, high-quality playthings in secure indoor and outdoor settings that encourage kids' academic and social development while they play.
Staff members receive training to advance their knowledge and abilities, and we regularly evaluate our services in an effort to always deliver the greatest care and instruction.
The flawless operation of the programmes is made possible by effective teamwork, allowing us to give the kids the finest experience possible.
Free, child-initiated play is the main focus of our session, together with appropriate adult interaction to promote ongoing development and high-quality learning.
Children engage in free play during the lesson, choosing which toys to use and what activities to engage in.
Please do not anticipate a piece of art because we do not perform the creative activity for the youngster.
Children engage in a big group activity that supports learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage at the conclusion of the session, such as singing, dancing to music, parachute, P.E., and listening to stories and rhymes.
