I had previously worked in numerous settings as a nursery nurse and a manager.

I split my time between the office and daily running of the nursery, recruitment, ordering, staffing and accounts.
I also mentor staff with daily roles and take time with the staff team to ensure communication between the whole team.
I ensure standards are met by completing staff one to ones and appraisals frequently giving my team the opportunity to take on new roles and experience different age groups to develop their own skills.
