Three spacious, light-filled age-specific rooms provide plenty of area for learning and exploration for young children at Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool. offering excellent care and instruction for infants up to the age of five, as well as the added convenience of having longer hours from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm.
The cutting-edge interactive whiteboard and touchscreen computer in the preschool area are just two examples of the age-appropriate materials and technology found in each room. In our lovely community room, babies and toddlers engage in sensory and heuristic play sessions.
In the main garden, there are two low-level tree homes, a climbing net, a water feature, digging and planting spaces, and chalk and drawing boards. There is also an outdoor school with a cycling track around the perimeter.
Keeping everyone safe is our top responsibility. For children who need particular help due to special educational needs, all of our practitioners are First Aid qualified, and all nurseries have specialised SEND personnel.
A convenient parking space is available for drop-off and pick-up, and there is a buggy storage place for your convenience. We are conveniently located next to the A2050, right off Spring Lane.
The nursery has a chef on staff, and the chef prepares all of the wholesome meals and delectable, wholesome snacks, with menus that change seasonally and are purchased from reliable vendors. The nursery's kitchen has a 5*EHO grade for food safety and sanitation.
