Fee Schedule for the Provision of Free Early Education (in conjunction with our Admissions Policy). A kid can enrol in free early education provision (nursery grant hours) the term after his or her third birthday. Children who meet the requirements for 30 hours per week over 38 weeks in an academic year may take advantage of this free provision as part of our regular 2 full-day sessions per week all year long (known as stretched offer). The additional charges are listed below for parents who need more time than the 30 hours that are provided at no charge. To determine the fees, first determine how many sessions your child will attend each week. Then, proceed through the chart to determine how many hours you are claiming each week. According to the Early Years Handbook, weekly costs are computed over 50 weeks per year (rather than 52 because the nursery is closed over Christmas and three training days each year). Children enrolled full-time during term time only pay 130 per week in tuition. Any additional sessions scheduled will be billed at our standard rate. Please be aware that your child must regularly attend the nursery, barring times when they are ill, in order for them to be eligible for the Free Early Education. Children who only spend 30 hours per week at the nursery will have their spots reviewed every term based on our availability, and confirmation of these spots will be given two weeks prior to the start of the new term. Two weeks prior to the start of the new term, the places of children who request and wish to begin attending for only 15 hours will be verified.
