Children can grow and develop as individuals in the cheerful and nurturing environment of Bratton Fleming Pre-School. Our trained and seasoned staff takes pride in providing high-quality care and early childhood education. A love of learning is fostered and the foundations for future learning in all seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage are laid by inspiring activities and opportunities that encourage exploration, awe, and wonder.
We have a few golden principles that we share and constructively discuss with the kids in order to promote a joyful and peaceful environment.
We have special open days throughout the year and welcome family to attend and share and celebrate the accomplishments of the kids. Additionally, we host a termly Parents Evening at the facility where you may meet the staff and observe how the Pre School is organised in preparation for the day.
Although we have a Key Person/Key Child structure in place, all staff members are reachable and will be well familiar with your child. The Key Person's job is to make sure that each of your key children receives care that is customised to meet their unique needs, to assist your child in becoming accustomed to the environment, to provide a stable relationship for the child, and to foster a relationship with you as parents or caregivers.
Through an online platform called Tapestry, we send you our observations and daily care diaries on your smart devices (phones, tablets, etc.). Further information is provided to parents when they start with us.
