An Ofsted evaluation of a pre-school in Merton gave it the "excellent" rating. Inspectors were impressed by Bow Lane Pre-school in Bow Lane, Morden, during their July 13 visit. The four out of four areas in which the pre-school, which charges between $4.85 and $5.45 an hour, received outstanding ratings. Bow Lane had previously been certified outstanding, but when the owner turned it to a limited business, Ofsted gave them a new number, and the rating was lost, according to manager Zoe Pearson, 27. The first time we were ranked outstanding, Ms. Pearson said, "I couldn't believe it. At the time, I was just beginning my management training. Even while I already knew we were outstanding, it was gratifying to learn that our efforts had been rewarded. This time, however, was different because the inspector preferred to speak with me rather than the owner. I was terrified since everything was focused on me. I was overjoyed when the rating came through. It's quite difficult to maintain an excellent rating, so getting it again was fantastic. The inspector evaluated the school's "quality of teaching, learning, and assessment." "Staff design and provide an amazing breadth of high-quality, innovative learning," the inspector said. "I think we perform well because we have a really solid team and we all work well together," said Ms. Pearson. Through stay and plays, we create strong bonds. In essence, we go above and beyond and care. The inspector gave the school's administration high marks in the report. The inspector declared: "The manager and supplier share a dedication to upholding a high. "The owner, Gaye Hooker, has trained us all so well," Ms. Pearson remarked. We now see why she wants everything to be flawless.
