The Pre-school has obligations to the kids in its care under the Children's Act. It is required to notify OFSTED and the relevant local authority department of any abuse occurrence or suspected abuse incident. All employees and committee members of the Birdham Pre-School uphold the strictest standards of information confidentiality at all times.
