No two days are the same at Bestwood Park Nursery.
Our days are usually child-led, and we place a lot of emphasis on planning on the fly.
At 7:30 a.m., our breakfast club gets going.
The kids will then be helped by our staff members to serve themselves breakfast.
The practitioners frequently sit at the breakfast table with the kids because they view breakfast as a social time to engage in talks and unwind before the hectic day starts. The kids are encouraged to have breakfast at our table.
Our morning session starts at 8:30, and the kids immediately head outside to explore.
Our surroundings is filled with books, so we don't even pause to participate in story time.
The supply is fully equipped with genuine materials and spare components in every department.
Our aim is to foster a culture of wonder, astonishment, and inquiry.
Parents and families who comment on how delighted the kids are to attend our setting can tell that our practitioners truly like being in the present with the kids.
Despite the fact that each kid has a designated key worker, we make sure that all professionals may develop close bonds with each child.
Our morning class ends at 11.30, and the lunch club starts.
With the tablecloths and utensils, the kids assist with setting the tables.
The teachers take advantage of the break provided by lunch to relax and go over the morning's activities with the kids.
The kids will assist with tidying up after lunch so that the afternoon session may begin.
The children are again given plenty of opportunity to play and explore during our afternoon session, which is a mirror image of our morning session.
Our afternoon session ends at 3.30, and any children still there are invited to spend the remaining hours of the day to wind down and rest.
Dinner is served shortly after in a similar fashion as lunch.
