Alison and Bill Lane's daughter Jemma Honey joined the Bambinos adventure in 2006 after completing her teaching training and employment.
As Chief Executive Officer of Bambinos Ltd., Jemma continues to lead the company forward, mentor all staff members, and provide assistance so that every child can reach their full potential.
Sara has been a motivating force behind Bambinos over the years, ensuring that the children receive the highest standards and care.
Sara successfully leads, directs, and supports all nurseries in establishing exceptional, one-of-a-kind learning environments and possibilities for all kids.
A capable and seasoned management group, led by Head of HR and Operations Nicola James and Senior Manager Hannah Toule, supports Jemma and Sara.
Hannah is a model early years teacher at all of Bambino's daycare facilities.
Since joining the Bambinos family 12 years ago, Nicola has served as a strong leader and support for all of the Bambinos nurseries.
Over the years, we have built our culture around our unique child-led methodology, and every element of our nursery environment reflects this.
Our methodology has evolved over many years of experience and practise, drawing ideas from pioneers like Reggio, Montessori, Steiner, and Te Wharki.
The Bambinos philosophy goes beyond simply motivating our kids.
We see the environment as the third teacher, a Reggio-inspired concept.
The children are at the centre of our decisions on the always changing environment, and they take part in a variety of everyday activities that support their social, intellectual, emotional, and physical growth both within and outside of the classroom.
Despite devoting their entire lives to Bambinos since 1995 and taking pleasure in all the adventures that came with it, Alison and Bill decided it was time to retire in April 2018.
Jiayi Education Investment Group was chosen to become the majority shareholder of Bambinos Ltd. Alison and Bill had the good fortune to choose who would own the company. All management and staff members were happy to continue operating as Bambinos Ltd. under the same management structure and with the same standards and philosophies for our kids.
Jiayi is dedicated to seeing Bambinos carry on its tradition of excellence under the guidance of Sara Richards, Jemma Honey, and all other management and staff.
Since Jiayi is situated in China, there are now more chances for personnel to visit China to learn about nursery care and advance their careers.
Four staff members made the initial visit in September 2018, and we anticipate making many more.
This is the Bambinos tale so far, but we hope to add to it each year and tell you more about ourselves.
