The Avoncroft Pre-School Nursery opened its doors in 1984 at the building next to the Avoncroft Museum, the Avoncroft Arts Centre.
In all areas, we received a "GOOD" rating from Ofsted in October 2017.
In order to improve the quality of the setting, which includes a lovely outdoor structure to give shade and an additional learning environment for the kids, Worcestershire County Council awarded us a grant in October 2014.
We asked for and were awarded a grant from Worcestershire County Council in the summer of 2010 to improve the setting using funds from the Capital Funding Programme to expand and modernise the buildings.
The newly renovated structure has a ramped entry, a new foyer, a kitchen, a listening space, and indoor restrooms.
To retain the intimate, welcoming, warm, and cosy ambiance, we can now provide spots for about 20 kids per session.
Bookings are now being accepted for April 2021 and September 2022.
