From the Aughton Early Years Centre Daycare
On April 4th, 1910, a little rural junior and infant school called Aughton opened its doors. It reopened as a nursery school in 1973, and since then, it has served as a well-known and highly appreciated resource for the kids in our neighbourhood. This has evolved through time to include an addition to the building in 2001 that offered a daycare facility. In October 2003, the school was subsequently recognised as a children's centre. Along with services driven by community needs, a children's centre offers all of its services. Additionally, the Center provides a number of other services, such as the ability for kids to access an extended day, holiday daycare, and adult training opportunities. Within the authority, we are known for offering a high-quality service, and we frequently have local, regional, and national visitors. Our centre has a family-friendly culture and is a warm, welcoming place. We set high standards for all of our kids and understand that they all develop differently and at various rates. The safety of children and enhancing standards are governors' and staff's top priorities. They are eager to collaborate and work in conjunction with parents/caregivers and communities because these groups have a significant impact on a child's development, learning, and well-being. We invite you to look around our website and to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
