Sports, dance, and physical education are our strong suits. With a love for sports and an apparent aptitude for football, we got our start in 2005. Since then, we've expanded significantly, and the Apex 360 group is now one of the most reputable names in sports and dance coaching throughout the mid counties, offering a variety of classes and sessions in dance, performing arts, and sports. We collaborate with a rising number of local communities to deliver industry-standard safeguarding training as well as entertaining and engaging family activities, and we partner with an increasing number of schools to deliver activity clubs and PE support training. In Hertfordshire and Middlesex, where we presently operate six franchise areas, Apex provides more than 2000 sport, dance, and activity classes per month to children, adults, and senior citizens. We are a go-to partner for many County Sports Partnerships, Universities and Colleges, Charities, Schools, Local Community Clubs, and Local Government Organizations looking to improve and increase physical activity and participation levels in their areas because of our ongoing philosophy of innovation, inspiration, investment, and inclusion. Of course, we still enjoy kicking the ball about, but now we also enjoy playing rugby, tennis, netball, dodgeball, and basketball, and our coaching staff includes many members of the first team. Our group of outstanding dance instructors also keeps everyone moving in a very street-style manner. It has our name all over it if it's healthy, active, and enjoyable.
